“Oh, my head,” Angel groaned, lifting his head from the marble counter.
“There you are, Mary Sunshine.” Lorne grinned, raising his glass in Angel’s direction. “Hat’s off to you vampires; that high alcohol tolerance of yours really helps when we wanna have an all-nighter. Don’t worry, can replace that disco ball.”
“What? I got… what about the demon I asked you about?”
“Angel, how can I be expected to remember anything about some demon when you treated us to Barbie Girl twice in one night?” Lorne rested a hand on his shoulder. “Might wanna lay off the hard stuff, buddy.”
