How you want it to count is up to you. If you want to do it for the Free For All, that means you can only have five stories for the Free For All. If you want it to count as a make-up, it will count towards your participation banner. I usually count these as make-up prompts because it usually means someone is closer to getting a banner. But agian, it's totally up to you. :)
